APS doesn't sell directly to the public so it would be more promoting and providing info on their products. You have sponsors that pay fees and are the end sellers of their products.

And they could be again.. All they have to do is put thier money where thier MOUTH IS !

Smaller companies have placed SPONSOR links - I believe it is just an Austrailian Hard Headed Macho/Blindness that prevents APS from getting the product to the
MY350Z community.. On the other hand, the MY350Z Organization has the same Hard Headed Macho/Blindness tendancies. Perhaps they are more like the Aussies than we give them credit for.

In the mean time Sponsors like VRT get market share with the new CARB Cert (Soon) Jim Wolf Tech Twin Turbo Kit's - when APS could have ruled...

Oh Well, hard head, Soft *ick

Cheers Amy -

Not quite true Amy. APS being banned on this site had ZERO TO DO WITH sponsorship $$$$. I've seen this posted many times though bottom line, it's not true.

Sponsorship would be nickel/dime to an organization like APS if they had a genuine opportunity to sponsor this forum.

Cut to the chase - One of the admin people who used to be in business and sponsor this forum (and sold APS products), had a genuine vendetta against APS (because of sales going to other APS dealers when APS used to post on this forum). Sponsorship $ was the excuse to ban APS, not the reason.

I'm sure that APS would sponsor this forum in a heartbeat if the opprotunity arose.

Thumbs up

I disagree with the fact they'd sponsor. Maybe now out of spite.
I also disagree with their business tactics and support. Their condisending comments and general de-moralization of this automobile tuner community.

However I love thier engineering and products. But, that isn't to say they are the only answer, and with the upcoming TT kits they need to be very careful or they won't be selling anymore. I hope this works its self out somehow.
