Do you have the older header style manifolds? or the newer style cast iron?

I've herd under extreme heat the welds come apart (header style).. I've only herd of 1 or 2 cases on this board. My shop has done a bunch of the header style kits with no problems...

If you have the old style, you can buy the new cast ones from PE...

By the way, nice kit, what are you going to use for engine control?

They can crack but it isn't necessarily related to what boost you are running. Stainless steel manifolds just don't last as long as cast iron. If they are the cast then I wouldn't worry about it.
