Default Cat version of TN kit

For all those people that got the TN kit with the cat, were you happy with it? notice any problems? noises? rattles?

also in terms of power any losses vs a non-cat tn kit? i guess it would be hard to determine =-p

for those that did not get the cat version.. did you guys ever wish you did.. a little quester and no stinky smell?

Bump. I have the non-cat version and it stinks. Might go with the cat version if I get too fed up with it.

Mia's car does not have cats at present, but he did testing for the cat version at one point.

OEM cats can't go back on the car with this kit. Turbonetics puts a cat on one of the downpipes.

Yep and seems like a simple swap... Question is the price of the high flow cat pipe

Haha, yea. This FI business is expensive already. Plus If I get the cat version, I have to weld bungs on the new pipe for my Wideband and EGT sensors.

The cat pipe to purchase post kit purchase is $300 IIRC. That includes the cat and entire last section of the downpipe.

No they are not sorry. MOssy Performance has been set to do this for quite some time but I think scheduling between track days, car shows, etc have just not worked out... I just talked to them again yesterday about it...

The TN kit already replaces the stock cats with a crossover pipe. The only way to put a cat back on with the Turbonetics kit is to put on the cat version of the downpipe...

Well that isn't unreasonable, I will be getting it regardless of loss in power (if any of notice) before emission time... That and the nasty stain that now resides on my bumper thanks to no cat has me thinking about it more and more
