I talked to REggie this evening and he told me he got you taken care of and that your kit went out. Furthermore I don't see how their "customer service" went down. The kit wasn't ready to ship due to a part supply issue. They can only make parts so fast. There was AT LEAST one other vendor with the kit in stock that could have gotten one for you. To say customer service went down is a bit harsh. I apologize it took so long to o out but it did in fact go out today.

Why and how does my statement make me a troll? No one would wait 3 months for a kit they already paid for and that is supposed to be in stock...plain and simple

Anyways......you worry about your posts and I'll worry about mine

Props to Rob for always looking out for the TN crowd. You do an excellent job which can't be denied

like others said you have to wait at least 3 to 4 months to get your kit
Have patients grasshopper. My Greddy TT took about 5 months to get to me. Forces greater than our own are at work. When you get it it will be worth the wait. and you will forget all about the extra time it took.

I waited forever for my kit originally also. Just be patient.

And now months later, after they had some new improved parts that came out...Reggie still does not forget us old customers. He "NEXT DAY" the new pipings to me right after he got my PM.
Damn! I have been waiting and waiting and waiting for those pipes and to top it off FedEx lost the WG spring I ordered.

1) You live in the UAE. It's not exactly a 3 day shipping trip there from California dude. It takes 5 days to get to the east coast of the US, at least.

2) Why can't you call Turbonetics yourself? You said their customer service is horrible......but you NEVER DEALT WITH THEM! You tried trusting only in AAM and just got the same story. Which tells me AAM never called TN to begin with.

You'll get the package dude. It's freaking huge and heavy.

I talked to Reggie about your kit yesterday. The kit went out overnight delivery on Friday. It is most certainly at least at AAM by now. From there I don't know what to tell you..
