Default How to know if Greddy turbos need to be rebuilt?

I pulled the turbos off my blown motor today. They spin with no noise. I looked at both openings and there are no pits, nothin. Everything looks and feels, spins fine. How do I find out if these are a ok?

You should be good. Don't spin the wheel too much w/o oil because it will start to scrape

double check the play with a measuring device against factory specs. there should be info on them like "no more than .05" of play" somewhere online.

best of luck, mike

if the fins don't hit the housing when you tweak the shaft slightly and spin it, you sould be ok. best to use a feeler gauge of sorts though.
