Default pre FI prepping

Hi everyone, i'm lookin into buying a Greddy TT in the near future, but will have to buy everything gradually. So i was thinking about buying the Tilton full street clutch/flywheel combo first and then buy the AAM 3" true dual in prep for the turbo.

1. ) do you think i will lose hp if i bolt on the 3" to an N/A Z? will it run ok, or is it unsafe in anyway?

2.) also i was thinking bout rebuilding the engine with forged internals. nothing too major just pistons, rods, and main/head studs in prepping for around 450 to 500whp daily driver. is that sufficient enough? do you think i will be able to run lower compression pistons on an NA Z safely for a while until i get my turbo in, or will i get bad performance?

3.) lastly, what compression ratio should i run, if lets say i tune for 550whp someday?

thanks everyone, sorry bout all the questions.

You can bolt the 3" exhaust on with no problem, if anything it will improve your performance.
If your going to do forged internals and turbo to about 500whp, i suggest you save your money and do both at the same time, because even though you could run stock compression ratio, it could be bad if the car starts to detonate (very bad). Most people run their compression down to about 8.5 or 9 : 1 ratiol. If you did this without putting the turbo on, you could loose a bit of performance. That's why most of the guys either do it all in one hit and go straight for the big horsepower, or they get the turbo, and keep it at low boost, until they get the forged bits inside.
