Having trouble removing injectors

I cant seem to remove my injectors from my fuel rails. I have a set of RC 550's. I am afraid to pull them real hard. What do I have to do?

did you remove the clips, lol. if so you should be able to wiggle them right off.

Yes the clips----But if u have Im sure u can spin the injector.If u can, just put a little straight pulling power on it ---You wont break them --They HAVE to come.
