I really want to see the dyno sheets so I can look at your powerband.
Mind posting them?
AS soon as I can get internet at home I will post the dyno sheets. This move is driving me crazy, lol. The power band looks like a big NA v8. Smooth no dips. I have never seen a turbo car like mine. Anyway, my car is still cutting out, but when the tank is full of premium the car doesn't hardly ever cut out, but when the tank gets under 1/8, it nearly cuts everytime under WOT.

This would be a result of the Walbro not getting enough fuel when the tank is near empty. Partially the cause of this is our divided tank.
Would it be better to go ahead a get the entire fuel system or just upgrade the injectors, I want to get a built longblock so I wasn't going to upgrade to the return system until then, but I may go ahead? Any ideas? Any ballpark prices on the install of the return system?

You could install a fuel return system if you want to. Tyical cost is $1000 and install is pretty damn easy. If you are trying to push the limits of the stock motor then definitely get some injectors too.
