Jason-I adjusted mine a little tighter than I had it in my dyno video(according to MIA's pic) and I think it sounds cleaner now....only takes 1 min to adjust set it to how you like.

Exactly...very minor changes to the tensioner can change the sound drastically. The key is to adjust it so that it does not flutter at all and ensure you have no compressor surge at the same time..

Just went from pretty tight to pretty loose, and it still flutters.

same with all blow off valves... no? all blow off valves are opened via vacuum in the intake manifold/plenum through a vacuum line. that's how i changed my APS bov to SARD r2d2 bov to HKS SSQ bov. now i can switch to whatever i want, depending on my mood for sound!

APS had heavy flutter... switch to SARD for mediocre psh and a slight flutter at low boost... then to HKS for a very strong whistle to wake up bums at the side of the street.

I just called Reggie at TN and he said the BOV will have a little flutter to it, so im gonna set it to about 6 threads showing and let it go at that.
