Got the spring from Steve yesterday, I'll put it in tonight, hope it fixes shutter.

It does fix the flutter . Tested it today . Just make sure you have a good set of ring pliers to get it apart

YA! no more shutter!! I had to turn my spring tension in more, so when I go 10% or more throttle the valve would shut.
