ATI Procharger, Boost control, BOV, UTEC
Need some help.
I have the ATI Procharger that comes with a surge valve that "recycles" the "boost" back into the intake.
Is there anyway to control boost with the UTEC. Basically what I want to do is No Boost or Max Boost, like set the Valet Mode to No Boost.
Does someone know of a way to change the surge valve to a BOV type solution so that the hot air doesn't keep getting re-used ?
Thanks
Danny

The surge valve is [ I think ] is a bypass valve like the Vortech runs . Id have to see the set up to be sure , but I think all you would have to do is take off the tube running back to the intake . The suege valve is run off of vacuum . When you get on the gas a little more than normal , vacuum drops and the valve closes and you start building boost and when you let off the gas , the vacuum buils back up and the valve opens to release boost
