Default inspections for turbo z's?

How do you guys pass inspections with no cats and turbo's? Is there some trick besides finding a buddy to pass your car? Or are our emissions small even with a turbo and no cats? Sorry if this is a stupid q but i rarely see anything pertaining to this. Texas advice would really help. thanks

I passed NA with test-pipes, in MD they do an OBD II check, meaning if you have no CEL's you pass. Same will happen with my TN kit...

I don't know about Austin, but in San Antonio there are some places where they wont even look under your hood or even look at your car just give them the money and there is your inspection sticker, and it is all legal.
