Ok guys my shortblock is being built.. So im trying to figure out what to do with my heads here is what im thinking, let me know what you guys would do or have done. thanks.

-JWT Cams
-Ferrea Valve Train (1mm oversized valves, Springs, ti retainers)
-3 angle valve job


p.s. Anybody know where i can get a good price on Ferrea Valve Train??

In my opinion, you're not going to need to spend the extra cash for the Ferrea Valve Train to reach 600 rwhp. There are people on here that have reached that number without it. In about two weeks I should be another one. My heads were ported, 5 angle valve job and JWT cams.

 

Is 600whp that limit, or are you planning for more later? Is your block going to be sleeved?

If you are going stock block, then 600whp can be had with just a cam. JWT is a solid cam, but you might consider something with a little more duration such as Tomei 268 or a milder Tomei cam.

Actually, I sell them all. Tomei, JWT, Nismo...whatever you like. I tend to prefer the JWT and Tomei cams. I actually have a used (mint condition) JWT cam I can part with, but I want to suggest the best cam for the customer...rather than what I have in stock.

Yea theres a 350z out here in Houston(enginelogics.com) that is using Supertech. He's having his fully built right now.

btw- the jwt s1's and the nismos are identical. i heard jim wolf was making those cams for nissan, lol. i got a smoking deal on my nismos and couldn't pass'em up.
