is that the same bov you have? did you put the washers in & does it make a hissing sound now? any who the hose probably came off.. the intake is taking some air that is not filtered & i think you will run richer after your shifts if your not tuned to run it to atmosphere but i could be wrong the only bad things i can think of

You still don't want all that boost pressure when the butterfly is closed. A blowoff valve just gets rid of this differential pressure. Doesn't matter if it's on a turbocharged, supercharged or glollycharged car. If it is discharging metered air then it will run very rich when the valve opens.

EDIT: Please quit Pm'ing me.....there is no such thing as a glollycharged car.

because you were tuned with stock bypas vs. TXS Bpv i dont think it will make much difference.. the big thing is now the discharged air is not going back to the intake that causes a rich condition when there is no boost >when you change gears< so you wont be running as strong as b4.. also the loop is open and you intake is sucking in dust.. mine is too i havent plugged the hole yet... the 3 rings in the bov are ok now but why the hell were they there to begin with?? it said to put all 6 if you vent to atmosphere to use the bpv as a bov that prevents the boost from keeping the piston in the bpv closed at low boost and esp. idle for us sc boys.. it sounds really anoying like a high pitched wistle.. and damn bro the bumper a pita?? its 6 screws, 6 clips and the few under the car holding the skid plate lol.. you really are lazy if you want i could take a trip and help haha pm me
