Are you still hitting a High Duty cycle on your bcs?

If i remember right you had it plumbed in a "high boost" method vs the standard method.

Just raise your high voltage for the TPS to 5.9V...max you will see is 80% open. problem solved.

nah different setup now. running 4 port. but after 6000rpms it seems to drop to gate pressure regardless of wastegate duty cycle. WaS hopin the TB was closing and my gate reference was losing pressure.

i'll have to to hooking my gates up post TB

I believe my reference signal is pre TB to prevent fluttering when I step of the TB.

What is your target pressure and what pressure springs are you running?

If your BCS is hitting 100% DC then you have probably maxed out what your springs are capable of holding even with the extra pressure on the head.

Where is your reference? Right off the Turbo? If so you pressure at the outlet of the turbo head might be far exceeding what is reaching the plenum and being used to shut the wastegates.

You DC high for normal boost?

Target boost? Wastegate spring pressure? Running reference off turbo outlet?

simple, 214kpa or more , on 200kpa springs, on Intake pipe reference

so 16 plus psi on 14 psi springs

Have you pressure tested your system to make sure all your hoses/diaphragms are good?
