nevermind, i just found it.

it's actually an OEM nissan part. (check-valve)
part# 47478-51e00

 

That part was short in my Friend's (XBS) purchase of a used Greedy TT - Very helpful..

so what do yo need the checl valve for anyways?

 

so you don't boost the master cylinder & therefore the brake lines

 

Breaks only work with vacuum not boost. The check valve makes sure the master cylinder only sees vacuum. Check valves are sometimes called one-way valves.

 

yes i ran for awhile without it. getting into boost and needing to hit the brakes right after can leave you in a puckering experience when you try and break your seatback by pushing on the brakes so hard, to no avail.
