hey wuts up guys. I was at the ZdayZ tail of the dragon, which was amazing btw, and I won the raffle for a set of jet hot coated brand new crawford headers. I need to know before I install these if they will fit with either the turbonetics or aps single turbo kits. thx for any help that I can get.

The Tune to achieve that map wasn't agressive, we went to 7100 rpms and through in a little more fuel, timing was right on at redline but the power curve dropped along 6800 somthing rpms, I dont know the exacts my tuner does but it was along those lines.
My car was perfectly healthy with that map, a bad injector caused a minor problem, but was easly fixable. Just wanted more power and went with the build.

I say throw them in. It's been proven time and again that better organized exhuast pulses spool turbos better, and clear the turbine with less turbulence which leads to higher enthlapy exhuast flow(had extra power and spool time yo.). The only downside to the SS manis I could see vs the cast stockers is cracking, but the coating should take care of that.

The headers aside from one person have never been tested for fitment but so far I haven't seen a set of headers that made any extra power over the stock ones with either ST kit. In fact all I've seen them do is lower the boost threshold

+1^^ I don't see any after market headers made extra power with the TN kit except for D350Z10(Crawford). I got Stillen headers in with the TN kit and no extra power were made and spool time is longer.

aftermarket headers are not recommended for the APS single turbo setup - had mine removed and put on the OEMs at install. the labor cost for installing headers would be several hundred alone - most places take about 6-10 hours to install headers.

I never had the reflash with the utec tune, I am going in for another tune this week sometime and will log it and print it off, From experience and performance I can tell you first hand it is a good soild mod, the spool time is nothing it was like 200 rpms more so thats not even an excuse, I am just saying if you want stand out power go for it.
