Yes I still plan on getting those rims AND I already got the tires. When the rims showed up I was shocked to see they drilled out the bolt wholes to make it fit (see picture), so they were sent back. As far as susp. goes I have the ksport on hold cause Im considering going another route (HKS RS), due to all the bad puplicity on the Ksport.
So about your detective work, I'd say don't quit your day job

You post the shocks in a box at your house suposedly, and now they are going back. You got rims with drilled out holes, well I guess that happens to most of us that have bought aftermarket rims.

Look, I asked some geniune questions cause I wanted to know what was comming. We don't have alot of Z nor supras overhere. I was looking for some qualified answers on whether or not I would stand a chance.. I know the Supras are fast and should not be underestimated! The race will be filmed so naturally I would like to know if he were about to stomp on my ***, I'm sure you can understand that.

Whether or not I have a Z.. Come on guys, are you really that pathetic? Who the hell would even spend time on here posting if they didn't? Not me thats for sure..

I don't have a Z. I'm going to get one. I spend time on this forum to learn about the latest and greatest, what works, what doesn't, who's full of it, who isn't, who's the best tuner in the area, what's my favorite color, yadda yadda. Besides the sharing of information between owners, ANY forum's (be it computer parts, blow-up dolls, sandpaper, whatever) purpose is to answer questions of perspective buyers!

with all jokes aside..

no one knows if you can take him or not..but with the mods u mentioned, he might have more juice than 360ish whp..even if he does, hes still runnin 12's... and just to clear things up, auto supra's are faster than 6speed on the 1/4 mile .. if its hardtop, it will be slightly quicker than one with targa (mainly cuz the body/frame does not bend when launchin) .. and tires are key, if he has good tires, your screwed , but if hes on regular tires/bald/watever, hes not gonna run better than 12.9 on the 1/4 mile ...

other than that, i dont know how u plan on gettin 400ish whp - you need to do drastic tuning..i was just at a z dyno meet and the Z's weren't doin all that great (i still give them credit for havin potential, but its costs $$$$$ to get them around 400+hp) ..while the supra, you spend $2500ish and your exceeding 400+
