iam near by to build my motor,so what i want to know how much our AT can take?

what i have now is SGP VB and pro TC


1-MY need is 450whp so is it good for the AT for that much power?

2-is our stock block good for 450whp?

Yea the stock block can handle it but not for long even with a good tune. So for your block to handle that much power you’ll need
fuel return
550cc injectors I think 440cc will max out at 450
utec or f con you need a good engine management to get a good tune and of course you need a badass tuner.


The AT might handle 450 to the wheels but on very low abuse levels. I recommended get a tranny cooler and if you r at it call speedforceracing.com they have fully built At trannies that supposedly hold 800rwhp I don’t know but that’s what I was told.

 

ive heard some mixed opinions... people with VB say it can go much higher then 450whp... but who knows for how long

 

I thought speedforceracing only upgraded trannies that had not done the VB and TC upgrade already? I was quoted 3500 for an upgraded tranny..not including shipping.

I read on a member in the forum who did the upgrades with fully built motor and after 1k mile of breaking it in and some extra hundred miles the tranny went out.
