Paint to match frost ineterior
Has anybody had any luck finding paint to match the Frost interior for painting an A pillar gauge pod, other than having it done at a body shop.
If so which manufacture and color.
Thanks

I had to paint my pillar pod. What I ended up doing was popping out my coin holder in the center console and brought it into wal-mart to match a color. I ended up buying a quart made by "ColorPlace" it is "interior latex flat wall". The color that I had them make is called "Grey Earth" the color number is "96123". What I did was buy some plastic primer, prepped the pillar, primed it and then I used a small smooth sponge roller (bought it for like 5 bucks) a brush doesn't give it the right texture, and put about 4-5 coats on it. I gave it a day to dry(a little excessive) and then I put two really light coats of clear to try and match the gloss of the stock trim pieces. And there you have it. You have to be careful when installing it but I think it looks great. It might be a hair off color wise but everyone that see's it thinks it matches perfectly.
To match the interior plastic, your best bet is to buy vinyl paint/dye. SEM is the brand many audio installer use. Sorry I don't have a frost interior, but check here to see all the color SEM makes:
