Default Stillen SC Complete

Well another Stillen SC thread. This was all done by the dealer and local body shop. My wife was totally responsible ensuring that everything was to my satisfaction. The long wait is over and now just have to wait to drive the darn thing. Waited a long time to post this thread. No regrets with SC, other regrets mentioned in different thread.

Lookin good man. I'm sure you'll enjoy that instant power hit.

I'm not a big fan of that hood, but I do think it would look much cooler with the scoop cut out.

Wow nice polished unit. Congrats man, having recently driven an auto Stillen unit I was impressed with it-considering the one I drove was quick and was having boost issues (only 5.6psi) I liked it regardless, enjoy that blower whine.

Very Nice. I personally like the hood and agree you should get the scoop cut out if possible. I beleive the Stillen Stage 1 & 2 kits would be the most popular FI solution sold if you didn't have to mod the hood.

Would you please post more pictures of the Hood and Unit from different angles?

I'd rather drive a boosted Z. Our cars have that ballsy low/midrange torque.

Thanks guys, I am going to get some more pictures but I think I better give my wife a break for a while. If I ask her to do one more thing with this car she probably just drive it into a wall. It kind of sucks that I cannot hear that well over the phone. She says its loud. It is going to be good to come home to my wife and new car.

My next Z is going to be a track car. At my age no kids, no bills, and a wife that says do whatever you want, it probably be a year or two before it happens. Definately go with the VRT this trip. NExt Z wont even have radio and I the way I am imagining it, it is going to need a trailer.

It is a Stillen Stage II, I do not think it is worthy of the dyno machine. I just got it for street use not for the dyno. I will think about dynos when I get m y next sports car.

If you do not have A/F monitoring in place, you should dyno it atleast once just for the A/F measurements accross the power band.

I probably will once I get out of Iraq. But once I know what the dyno is the more power I am going to want. I will upgrade to the 3,4 in time but from where I am sitting I just want to drive the Stage 2

The center piece looks lonely or like it does not belong there. I am going to get it cut out and have a screen put in its place. Thanks for the advice.

Thanks Timmahh, Question for you.

If you had the Stage 2 SC, is there anyhting you can do to the ECU as an upgrade. I know Stillen states if the ECU is not factory it will void the warranty, but is there anything that would work with the Stage 2 setup?
