DSport Project Super-G...UPDATE
UPDATED PICS ON PAGE 3 Hey guys, sorry for the delay on updates with this proeject. I'm starting a new thread for this project because the other one was getting pretty old.
We finished the fuel system and FCon install this week and began tuning yesterday. We ended the day yesterday with 481hp. This power was seen from 6-8000rpms. The tuner is sure that will be able to hit the low to mid 500's on pump gas.
Unfortunately when we resumed tuning today we snapped a drive belt and have to wait until Monday to finish tuning on pump gas. We will also be installing two more pulley setups, possibly 19psi and 25psi, and tuning with race gas.
I'll try to get some pics up on Monday.
Thanks,
Derek

no offense but i dont think it can more than 500, kind of maxingout the SC @15psi, people wont admit it but most z's depending on there twin turbo kit make 500-540rwhp on pump at that psi. fuel system with 1000cc injectors is maxed at 20psi i saw 570 rwhp.

That candy apple Z on the cover of modified mag is the one im talking about, that 667 rwhp was on 116 octane, The car has a greddy kit, We could only pull about 520@16psi, cut the wastegates made 570@16psi tuned, the goal was 600, so we put in race gas, and tunes it to 667@20psi, we were gonna try to make more power, but the fuel pump....kinda just ran out on us. He had a aero fuel pump like yours also, but i dont think he had a walbro too. Good luck

Did you fabricate them? If so, how much would ya charge to do another set?

UPDATE On the first run of the day today we snapped another belt at 7500rpms. We put on a new belt and set the limiter to 7200. We ended the day today with 508.1hp at 7000. We're going to keep it here for now and take the car back to Vortech for a redesign of the pulleys and belts, using thicker and wider belts.
I'll get more pics up soon.
Thanks.
