wastegate gasket? the low coolant and CO2 in the cooling system means blown HEADGASKET.

If its an NA motor pretty stockish, this should be a clean warranty issue, assuming you are within mileage limits.

hmm.. that should explain.. I'm not bashing on TN kit. Our engine is not made for boost... So, It's very possible to blow your headgasket. Some people here blow up the engine.. you are lucky that you only blew a gasket...
TN used to overboost... Are you overboosting? What's your boost level?

It is quite a bit of time to swap. But I wouldn't run stock ones again. If they are going to pull the heads off might as well switch to L19headstuds and HKS headgaskets to stop this from happening again.

Headgasket, head studs, no ECU change. Fuel return system and injectors, you need something to tune with. As for cause? Could be a lot of things. Did the ccar overheat recently? Changes in climate?

You can't really tune the ECU yourself. You could go with a Utec I suppose. Are there any comptent tuners out there? Unichip, Utec, Hydra?

Um, theres not really ans easy eay to tell unless you have a wideband. If you nail the throttle and hit full boost your AFR should be in the 11s. If its higher then that its not.
