Default HELP!Problem with Procharger.HELP!

Hello,
I've put a Procharger to my 350 z and there is a problem that the oil from engine is throwing out to the air filter!
Do You know why it is like that?
Please help.

ummm....wow

Do you have a crack in the block or something?? If you have oil coming out of the engine, then you have some SERIOUS problems.

Uhm, wouldn't the oil possibly be from the charger instead of the engine?

Did this happen right after the install? Or after driving it around for awhile?

You may consider an oil catch can, or check to see if you simpoly put too much oil into the supercharger. This I think is pretty hard to do, since the oil for the supercharger comes in such small bottles and it is precisely measured so its hard to over-fill, but anything is possible. The oil must be from Procharger, or your warranty is void.

I think the kit naturally spits out a little oil into the intake system, so I would start with an oil catch can.

Please be a little more detailed about where the oil is coming from.

What set-up do you have, standard pulley or bigger 9lb pulley???

I would recomend a compression test. A small amount of oil is normal, but anything more then a small amount would indicate a cracked ring (or two). Once you crack a ring you are basiclly pressurizing your crank case which will shoot oil back in to your intake (where your filter is).

Good luck!
