Default Burn Mark on Intercooler?

Ever since I had my Procharger installed [6 months] there is this reappearing burn mark in the same spot [drivers bottom] of my FMIC. Its about the size of a half dollar, maybe alittle larger, and its almost a perfect circle - the middle being the darkest and then fading outward. It looks like someone just takes a cigarette lighter and holds it there for a few seconds. It always wipes right off with every wash and never gets any bigger, smaller, or 'denser'. The 1st time it happened I thought maybe a cigarette hit it and stuck and continued to burn on it... but it keeps comming back...

Any ideas?

Check your IC pipe for oil in it . You may have a small hole in you IC and oil is coming out of it . When you change oil in th SC is it low ?

I've only changed it once and it was alittle low, i think we added 1/3 of a bottle. It needs to go back to SGP for a hard start problem [again] after the return fuel system. I guess I'll just add this to the list. This stuff just doesn't have the consistancy of oil to it.. its like a fine powder. I got caught in rain the other day so it wiped away all the evidence so I can't take pics...
