All is fine on my end. I have the occasional P0300......but that is normal. Love the kit, the quality and customer service!!

Bone stock with the exception of 1 step colder plugs....oh....and a Nismo replica spoiler lol...shift_361whp 380ft/lbs

its all good so far.. "knock on wood". anyways i have an exhaust, 1step colder plugs and spacer.... seems to be once you exceed 400hp with upgrades to the fuel and Engine Management then you have problems. Has anyone blown the engine with stock flash and psi?

I'm certain it happens, but that's why I'm posting to see how risky this kit is...

Let's put it this way...I was going to run nitrous, but decided against it for the "safer" turbo alternative.
I mean, you would run this kit over nitrous right?

^^ I would like to know this as well as I have not seen any yet. I am sure they are out there but I haven't read a post yet. Oddly enough it seems the cars that have done other mods have been the ones blowing.

That doesn't seem all that odd considering that TN says the reflash is for an other wise stock engine, and further mods will blow it up.

Lets be more specific here. Further major mods such as in fuel return system, 440cc + injector, and some kind of Fuel management system. These are the mods that blown up the engine(only 2 so far). As for myself, the minor mods are in my sig.

Well, what I meant was people that have tuned for those mod changes beyond the reflash. So you would lthink that they would be "safer" since they got personal specific tunes for their vehicles. I know that only goes so far when pushing the stock block however.

Still intrested to know if anyone blew their motor with the basically just the stock TN set up.

+1

...I think adding UTEC and a fuel return will greatly increase your safety with a good tune...

Is anyone blowing these things on an otherwise bone stock car?

thats what i meant to say. keep it stock with minor exhaust and plenum spacer and you should be good to go. even taurran upped the boost to 9psi on stock reflash. Last I heard he is running strong.
