Default Air Coniditioner and Vortech problem

I've had my Vortech installed now for four months now with no issues in my 03 350Z. Stock pulley and everything else. I have a plenum spacer also along with a ARC oil catch can, all engine internals stock. Other mods installed; Nismo exhaust, JWT flywheel, and a Nismo cluch. The issue: I've noticed that when I turn the air conditioner to automatic climate control and the fan speed set to auto, the air conditioner works fine, as in it goes full blast at first and then dials down eventually, as long as I am giving it throttle, i.e. freeway or an open road (anything past 1st gear basically) but then when I get into stop and go traffic or a fast food drive through, the air conditioner starts blowing warm air but then as soon as I get into a situation where I get my car past 1st gear, the cold air starts to come back but as soon as I get into the same situation with stopping and going, it goes back to warm air blowing. Planning to take my car into the dealership but haven't had a chance yet. If I have a leak in my air conditioning system, wouldn't it always blow warm air no matter what? Also, this happens sometimes but not always, I haven't found a common scenario why it does this. I've noticed this started happening about 3 weeks ago also.

This is the strange part is this; in the past week I've had the air conditioner temperature set manually with the fan speed set to auto, cold air is always blowing no matter if in stop and go traffic or sitting at a drive through for 5 minutes, it works fine. I've used my air conditioner before without any issues whatsoever after my Vortech supercharger was installed but recently with the 100+ temperatures in Los Angeles, I'm am using it all the time. If anyone has any ideas about this or if it's happen to you after installing the Vortech supercharger, any info would be great. I want to go to the dealer with some idea of what is causing this so that I don't play the "seems fine to us" game with them, not that they will do that of course. Oh and my dealer installed the Vortech supercharger so that helps a bit if I bring this issue to them.

BTW, since buying the car used in 2004, I haven't had a single issue with the air conditioner. I really want to know if the Vortech supercharger is causing this or is there an issue with the air conditioning system itself.

I'm very happy with my Vortech supercharger and haven't had a single issue with the supercharger itself or the other components (gear rattling doesn't bother me).

Again, any input is appreciated.

If your dealer installed the kit [ lucky bastard J/K ] take it to them . It wouldnt have any thing to do with the SC . But just may have a leak .

Yeah I take it back to them. Guess a benefit of having them do it. Could it be that we the air conditioning system gets alot of pressure where the leak is more pronounced? I just remembered that when I bought the car, I opted for the extended warranty, I was suppose to cancel it when I had to Vortech installed but I'm going to see if the dealer can fix the problem with that or if the Vortech is causing the issue, then they should cover it also.
