Osix here on the boards went ahead and took a TN kit and had it installed to fit. Many changes but in the end it worked....he already knows what TN is going to find out in the next few weeks...

I've got an 06 GT coupe with the APS TT. Just installed about 2 weeks ago with 440 miles on the odometer. The kit requires some modification to fit as a result of the new steering rack. The car runs fantastic on the out of box tune.

I'm running the GReddy TT setup on my '06 G35 Coupe. AAM did the install. Wasn't a huge issue from what I was told, but one caveat is that I had to use a different EMU. I went with the UTEC...

On the bright side: the car's a monster and loads of fun

with the tn tuner kit you do have to change out the rack and pinion to a 03 or 04 unit.if you want more info talk to osix350z.

I am running the TN single kit on my 06 touring.. Had to change out the Power steering rack with an 03 rack. The charge pipe also had to be cut to fit. Went with the UTEC system as far as emu. I believe this is the FIRST Turbonetics 06 in the country.. Haven't had a chance to get it on the dyno yet, but I'll get a couple pulls soon.. I'm pretty sure it will put up some decent numbers, at least thats what the butt dyno is telling me..

Special thanks to Function Tuned!!

Before I installed my APS TT, I asked about changing the rack to the older one but nobody knew if it was possible. So I had to modify the steering knuckle and raise the LHS of the motor for clearance. Now that you've done it, that answers my question.

Glad that there are already a handful of 06 F/I's here. Now the theory of the 06 motors being a bit more robust can be seen. Dont be shy guys, drive it like you stole it.

thx for all the input.. yeah I like what hear about AAM.. I'll be going back to NJ next year.. my plans are on the JWT kit.. I heard only certain shops can install the JWT kit, and AAM is one of them so when i get back home i'll be making that trip. I was just going to settle for my second option which was the greddy but I am not a utec believer.. that's just my opinon..

Many people have had good success with a utec though. What makes you uncomfortable about using it?

Dude if you have a rev-up go with a utec or HKS F con. I had a Greddy EU, and my car was not digging it.
