trust me, i am chillin!!! i barely have an interent connection up here in Wisconsin. 28.8 dial up talk about painful. you can't even get broadband up here. how funny is that? I guess that is what makes this place so special. it is totally away from the modern world.
see ya when i get back!

here what I ended up ordering:
(1) 2"x50' roll of thermotec copper wrap (for all the exhaust piping, downpipe, etc)
(1) 1'x50' roll of thermotec copper wrap ( for the small pipes like the wastegate pipes)
(2) cans of thermotec copper hightemp spray on stuff
(1) 20' of the reflect-a-tape from heatshieldperformance
MVP silver turbo blanket. that looks awesome!
(1) V8 pack of thermotec snap straps
I think that is all of it.

Just a couple of quick pics, sorry the pipes are dirty... So don't think they look like that as always
Thanks to Forged Performance, A/C blows cold and steady through today's crazy heat/humidity
After driving for a couple of hours, there is a difference Now it is still more warm then stock of course but not as intense heat like before the blanket and heat wrap.

peking,
is that an EGT probe in the downpipe, just after the turbo? is that the best location for the probe? for accuracy?
also, what is the purple anodized unit marked "DNA?" is that a manual boost controller?
finally, the wrap , turbo blanet , and heat tape look great!!! wow! i did not realize that the A/C line actually touches the downpipe!!! No wonder people are melting their A/C lines.

I also remember reading that somewhere, the placement of the EGT probe.

peking,
what did you use to hold the turbo blanket tight against the turbo? stainless steel safety wire? I see that it has little hooks on the blanket...is that for tieing it together with safety wire or does it come with some sort of fstener?

But it is def. snug, also I did not put that on or heat wrap the pipes. I had to get my A/C line replaced so I got Forged Performance to do all of that for me since they were taking the intake pipes off anyway
