quick update:

Sam called me this morning and the engine is sleeved, yeah

He asked me what pistons I want the arias extreme or the wisecos, since everyone here seems to use arias I said probably those but he said that he prefers the wisecos and since he is the man, I opted for the wisecos...
Good decission? Bad decission? Someone please enlighten me.

ATS Clutch should arrive there tomorrow (Thanks Sharif!)
Roll Bar will arrive on Wednesday

so far we're perfectly on schedule

I just got off the phone with Sam
He says the car should be running by Friday after that they will do the roll bar.
Now here's the interesting thing. He did a baseline dyno and the car only showed 405 whp on a dynoject (after last tune it was 475) which was a bit alarming...when he test drove it he said he noticed some detonation and when they took the engine apart one of my piston rings was cracked. So my timing in getting the engine build could not have been better!

Very nice to hear. Talk about timing indeed, I hope mine is just as good when it's time to build.

Looking foward to hearing the results.

Was this due to tuning?
