Default Need Turbo Advice......04 z

Hello....I have been hearing soooo many different things from soooo many different people about what kind of set up to go with. I am most interested in the Turbonetics tt set-up with an intercooler....roughly 9-10k once all is said and done. What else can I expect to have to do once I go this route and any ideas what kind of rwhp I can hope for.....

Actually they are twin 60-1/Stage III units. It depends on your goal. If you want mid to high 300s daily driving stuff then the Stage 1 Turbonetics kit would work fine. If you want 1000 HP style power then yeah the SFR twin 60-1 kit is what you would want.

First off welcome to the import scene.
I agree with MIA. Based on factors such as driving habits, what the car will be primarily used for, and overall horsepower expectations is what should determine the best type of set-up for you. Everyone picked the kit they did based on those reasons.
Have you ever been in a Z with forced induction? If not and you are interested in going for a ride just shoot me a PM. I will be in Wayne, NJ this sunday for the Annual Hooters Charity Car Show. Swing by and meet me, I am always more than willing to answer whatever questions you may have.

JWT set up is nice power real low but it will cost ya $$$ if your working more on a budget The aps single is pretty complete and the TN if you want to keep everything stock is safe but the more and more you mess with stuff by adding exhaust and spacer's messing with the boost level the more off your tune will be.

Greddy makes a great kit but the manifolds crack (happened to me).
I think its good to get a kit that you can easily access the turbos. See with my kit, I practically have to pull the entire motor to service the turbos.
I suggest getting an APS single T or the Tnetics.
