Well i am very proud to say that over the last week I pulled my VQ35DE out of my engine bay with an engine hoist (cherry picker, w/e) with the help of my friends and installed a used power enterprises twin turbo kit I bought from another forum member.
I basically knew nothing about engines before i started. I had no instructions for the kit. All i used was the sticky engine swap thread and info i got from other forum members along with referencing the service manual a couple times.
I've had the engine back in the car since around Sunday, but i ran into some huge snags that came in the form of missing parts.
1) 380CC PE injectors
2)test pipes
3)high flow fuel pump
4)oil filter adaptor sandwich plate/Oil block
1&2 were supposed to have arrived last friday at the latest, then it got changed to monday, now im just hung out to try. I actually had to book a last minute flight to san diego tonight which cost a crapload of money just because the guy i bought the kit from didn't come through and wont return my phone calls.
I was told to buy a new fuel pump and i would be reimbursed for it on monday as well
I am going to have to just order a new oil connection and hope it's here when i fly back monday.
The gauges i hooked up look great and i have them running to a switch located in my coin tray.
I'll have pics as soon as my "photographer" gets the pictures to me.
Thanks to all the guys that helped me through the process.

1, 3 and 4 on your list should have come with the kit if it was a complete kit. Sorry to here about your problems but congrats on doing the install your self! Anyways you will really enjoy it all when it is done! Good luck with fixing everything and with the rest of your install.
Just wondering what engine managment do you plan on running?
Also i believe you were the one asking about the dual POPchargers as intakes... well my Z should be back really soon with new intakes (not POPchargers but pretty big K&N filters that we moved to over the intercooler since the stock locatin doesnt really get cold air. ill show you some pics when i get it back in the next couple days if your still interested in changing the filter location/ type of filter. (maybe today
)

haha it took me a lot longer than 4 hours. It probably took me and my friends closer to 20 hours to get it out of the car. I mean little things add up, taking off the bumper, hood, strut bar, engine cover, all the under paneling etc is easy but it still takes a little time.
I have a brand new greddy sandwich plate, but I saw you need it overnighted = don't think I could do that - through whom would I do it?
Minor hyjack:
ktaylor: what size/type flex pipe did you use to move the filters? Where did you get it from?
