That's one way to get to the dampening adjustment screws.

Might wanna check with NV350Z. He gutted his Z. Still over 3k lbs if memory serves correct.

The weight from your turbo kit is gonna be tough to overcome.

Not to mention, you just gutted the back of you Z, so now your weight distribution is going to be REALLY ****.

if you have a chance, put all that sheet metal and plastic panels that you took out on a scale and check the weight. would be interesting.

the finned part in the back is the bose amp flipped upside down...

yeah, phunk i have it all sitting outside ready to weigh but it started raining really bad yesterday

my car weighed 2780 without the turbo kit with full air and everything in the front interior of the car, it weighs 2920 now with the turbo kit. the stock fuel tank is coming out and fuel cell is going in the very back, with air out and everything useless, well it should easily weigh between 2700-2800...

This is a FULL drag racing car, i dont care about the weight distribution for cornering , i am moving everything as far back as possible...

i bet with a full cage in there, all gutted out and cleaned up painted, the car would actually increase in value, i have thought about this before. look at 350evos cars fully gutted out, lot of performance parts and stuff but they are asking for 50-70,000.

i am not cutting any corners and this is all being done right, i took those pictures yesterday for fun and it is mid stage.... it will look complete in a couple weeks...

Wow, I started looking at the pictures and was like...cool I just did this whole stripping out the interior thing too...then I got furth down and was like...holy **** he took EVERYTHING out. Props to ya man, can't wait to see what she weighs.

So your turbo kit added 140lbs to your car?? That makes me sad.

I was thinking the same thing as Richie, you can take yourself and 3 friends down the 1/4 mile with you. But with the rear section cut out looks like a g35 coupe when they are gutted. Awesome love to see the numbers when your done!!!

Ryan

did you find any money when doing this?
