Sick numbers Sharif... I'm just thankful that somebody has finally done a direct comparison to squash the debate .

Now I've just got to find an "extra" $10k-$15k for a built motor and upgraded turbos on my GReddy setup and I can join in on all the fun

does it affect tq, because my tq on the DD matched the DJ tq exactly.

For the quick and dirty dyno day runs, we use road speed vs. getting a true tach signal. As a result, the trq number tends to be distorted. It was probably some kind of coincidence that the trq number matched your DJ number earlier.

But to answer your question, the trq number on the Dyno Dynamics, when we use a tach signal, is also lower...as you can notice on my dyno chart comparo.

Tim, thanks for the kind words....wishing you the best from the right coast.

Good comparo, good numbers, and a great philosophy (our numbers are lower but our cars are faster). that's my philosophy too - I say "even though you dyno higher, let me know when you see my headlights in your rearview instead of my taillights through your windshield." Actually I don't, I just made that up and it's sortof lame, but my philosophy is the same regardless

Yeah I know. Ask Tig how much of a sissy I am...doing 115mph down Cobb Parkway (45mph zone)...right outside the shop. 115mph came up so quickly, I had no idea, officer.

Just tell them you only accelerated for a few seconds "Hey, I was only accelerating for like, 10 seconds. In mom's Sentra that's only 60mph, you mean I was going faster that that?"
