Default My dyno number Turbonetic !!! Crazy !!

After fine tuning all day long, we got numbers for you.

412 Flywheel, 352 Whp and.. 459.7 Lb Torque.

We did the dyno run at least 25 times to tune the car with the Greddy EM, thoses numbers are OUTSTANDING

I will post dyno graph tomorow

We have Turbonetic installed with Motordyne 5/16 Plenum spacer.

This is our website for infos on the car

Nice looking car.

What are the tq numbers at the wheels?

Also, what kind of dyno was this on?

edit - with equivalent drivetrain loss as your power numbers, that would put it around 392ft/lbs at the wheels. Still very nice. Was this on a dynapack dyno?

big difference to the wheels and to the flywheel...

with your math, my 100 shot of nitrous that had 410 ft pounds of tq on a stock block would have been 471. on a dynojet even!!

352/412 = 0.854~

459.7*0.854 = 392.584~

459.7/412 = 1.116~
-------------------------
392.584/352 = 1.115~

Nah, I didn't know if you were referring to my math. That's just simple math showing that the difference in crank/wheel hp is 14.6%, and if you applied that to his torque it would be about 392.584 ft/lbs to the wheels, and then proving that the ratios were equal. I wasn't trying to paper race by any means.

His wtq/whp ratio is about 1.11, whereas mine is about 1.05 (according to my last dyno run on a dynojet). I always thought mine was pretty high. This why I asked if it was on a dynapack.

that torque number is way off.......for 35x whp, you shouldn't have anywhere near 390 ft-lbs at the wheels.....something's wrong with that dyno!

no i was referring to his math, i just divided up to figure what drivetrain loss he was using and then converted it with my numbers...

yeah but you're still a fatty and I still don't see 390ft-lbs happening with 350whp on the TN

Actually it wouldn't be the first time I've seen it. 12NV in the Panhandle made 358 RWHP and 380 ft/lb at the rear wheels on 8 PSI with the stock exhaust.

With stock exhaust, its pretty typical to have more trq than whp.

Not stock exhaust.. custom Stailness straight pipe 3'' with Y pipe in the middle, each section 3''. No restriction here

We have dynotuned a g35 with Vortech SC and he got way less TrQ than our car. Seriously we have no idea why the car is giving thoses numbers, but we did at least 25 runs to tune the E-manage and we got that number numerous times.

Dyno was a Dynapak or Dyna-pack, dont remember the spelling.

see? lol. With exhaust, that 40ft-lb greater torque than hp doesn't seem so correct now, does it?

I'm guessing 8psi, hence the 358whp...or a really weird tune.

LOL. They're nice numbers no matter how you cut them up. I'm very interested to see what it puts down on the mustang dyno. If my memory serves me right, those generally report lower numbers...
