Yes Turbonetics will be at SEMA and PRI. As for cool new features I can't list them all yet. The official release will be at SEMA for these turbos.

this is a picture of a garrett turbo.
what is the technology behind the dual inducer diameters?
I see these used on alot of big HP turbos.

Its a ported housing to help with compressor surge.

is that all? compressor surge. How dull!
It doesn't have an advantage at high impeller speeds?

I dont think so, ill have to go back and look but I think it actually reduces top end efficiency some.

LOL price I have no idea yet. And for the question yes that is a ported shroud. Mostly used on Diesel trucks to prevent surging.

arent the dual inducers also for reducing noise, like whistling? or something like that.

Ported shrouds help reduce compressor surge....mostly at part throttle closings...where a BOV doesnt work all too effectively. But more importantly, ported turbo inlets look really cool if you run sans filter.
Thanks for keeping us posted Mia......how about a divided exhaust inlet.

divided exhaust inlet wouldnt do anything unless youre running seperate exhausts tubes into one turbo, which the TN doesnt do.
but....doesnt the 60-1 with the TN kit come with a divided hot side?

Not true.
But honestly...a turbo is just a turbo...until people start testing and playing with them. I wish TN the best, as turbo technology usually moves at a glacial pace.

i thought the whole purpose for divided exhaust housing was to best utilize seperate exhaust pulses to best maintain efficiency. kinda defeats the purpose if both banks combine into one big pipe before entering the turbo.
