Default Rev Up Release for Turbonetics

I was cruising TNs site and saw the updated app list and it included part numbers for the rev-up kit for the Z! I am anxious to see if this isnt just pre-emptive and the kit has actually been released!

My main question barring the official release is will the rev-up kit stg 1 come with the unichip q or just a reflash?

I know for a fact that this kit is finished, as MIA has said a few times there is a yellow 35th with the TN stg 1 running great... my question is when can I buy this!

That is the final part number indeed but I'm not sure if the Revup kit has begun shipping yet. You can place pre-orders now though. As far as I know the Revup is going to still use the reflash for the Stage 1 kit. The Stage 1.5 Revup will still have the Unichip Q as its EMS.

MIA will the stage 1.5 kit be factory tuned to the same specs as the stage 1 and just need to be tweaked by a show to maximum output? or will it come un tuned with a simple running base map and rely heavily on tuning of a shop.

Either way, I may be making a trip down to ATL very shortyly!!

to my knowledge the Stage 1.5 kit will have a little bit higher out of box power (tune wise) then the Stage 1. Most likely in the 400-415 WHP range. Boost pressure might also be abit higher at 9-9.5 PSI out of box. Further power beyond that will need a tuner. But you should see numbers in that range out of box with no tuning.

Osix-wasnt a TN official test car. He had Dave @ Function:Tuned do a custom set-up on his Revup. Obviously the charge pipe needed to be "massaged" to fit, and the power steering rack from an earlier Z swapped to clear the downpipes. Besides that no issues....
