How many people have blown their Boosted engine with the FCON EMS?

I still have to worry about The Department of Environmental Quality jacking into my OBD II port every couple of years for re-licensing.

With our CAN networked ECU, the factory ECU must remain, in order to control non-engine functions, such as ABS, windows, gauges, etc. The FCON takes full control over engine control.

Installing an FCON will not change the ability of your stock ECU to communicate with an OBDII scanner or emmissons machine.
