hey guys i am going to buy the turbonetics kit for my 2004 350z and i was wondering if anyone knew of a good shop in NC preferably the cary/raleigh area, any help would be appreciated, thanks guys

+1 I drove from Maryland, I'd do it again...

 

Forged Performance is a top notch shop in any FI kit for the Z. The staff is extremely inclined in modification of the Z and the owner even has a TT Z.

 

There are performance shops in the triangle area, but I wouldn't trust any of them with our cars. Take the trip to Forged Performance and you won't regret it.

 

+1 to what everyone else said. Best best is to road trip to Forged Performance.

+ 1 more for Sharif at Forged Performance! Alothough I have not done business with him yet, I plan to spend upwards of $15k with him next spring when I get my refund. I have met and spoken with him on a few occasions, like Z_Dayz and I really appriciate his non-condenscending, non-cocky demeanor. Although he'd love to sell you stuff, he is not a salesman and does not try to sell stuff all the time. He is the most knowledgeable person concerning boosted Z's. As you have seen in this thread already, people drive to him from all across the east coast. I recently moved to Oregon from NC and elected to keep my car in NC so Sharif can build it for me before I get it to my side of the country.

Yet another vote for Forged Performance. I wouldn't take it to any shops in or around raleigh because they don't even compare to the level of Forged. Sharif is by far the best. I do all of my own work on my car except tuning...and Sharif is the only person I ever have or ever will let touch the fuel/ignition maps in my car.

Also, if you need any other help shoot me a pm, I'm in raleigh and am always willing to help.
