Smile Fuel system, done right!!

ok guys, car is back and running, completely new fuel sytem, not one stock piece in it, stock tank, lines, etc all gone now.

it was pretty much a major pain in the a$$ to do because i made all my own lines and did all my own fittings, the hard part was just getting it together and fitting correctly but it is finally running perfectly, started right up the first time and idles right at 52 psi , never really changes much at all.

i went with a 12 gallon fuel cell, then starts off with a -10 AN line right down to the 100 micron filter, to the Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump. this -10 keeps going up till i split it into a Y with two -6 lines to each fuel rail. on the flip side i have the two -6s coming back into a Y with a -8 line to the fuel pressure regulator, then a -8 all the way back to the fuel cell. pretty simple but very custom and a bi tch to get everything perfect....

here are some pics!!

Jeremy doesn't like NOS fittings.

So wait Jeremy, you threw that stuff in the trash? what about hooking a brother up! YOU ****!

edit: wrong about what? that your journal bearing turbos suck? heh. jealousy is a stinky cologne. That and only panzies buy bikes to go fast. Real men build cars to go fast. Buying a bike takes no effort, hence why there are so many douchehats riding busas.

Right...

Question: Why did you transition from the -10 line to two -6 lines? The -10 line carries a third more fluid capacity than two -6 lines, right? Why wouldn't you transition from the -10 line to two -8 lines, which would not restrict fuel flow to the rails? I'm not saying you did wrong. I'm just wondering what logic guided your line sizing. Thanks.
