I have an update.

It seems all my piping leaks are gone now.

I seem to be holding a solid 8 psi all the way now as verified on the UTEC and a dyno.

Maybe it time to get a boost controller and up it now!

So you're saying by fixing all your leaks now it holds steady boost instead of creeping?

I don't know if that's why or not. I have log after log or it hitting 9-9.5 psi. Now, I'm stuck at 8.

Craig, BTW what boost contoller do you have?

We also arent taking into the consideration, the variations between gauges, and gear used. We have seen gauges read about 1psi off from one another...depending the gauge. Gear selection can also result in more or less boost. When we tuned Quad's car...the UTEC read a steady 8psi, and our dyno read nearly 9psi.

Yup yup, my gauges read a little higher than actual. Peaks at about 9.5 in 3rd gear and down then settles at around 9 and 10.5 4th and up and then settles around 9.5.
