If you use a 18% loss @ the wheels then the brake horse power would be 427 hp @ the flywheel (used for advertisement purposes).

no boost drop on this car,the horse power # are @ 7 PSI .the car would not do more than that on the dyno ,so 351whp @ 7 PSI on 91 octane .with 11.4 AFR IS excellent in my book, with the boost gage on the windshield on a test drive the car did 9 PSI constant no drop .

What causes the discrepancy in psi. you said the car dynoed at 7psi but the gauge says 9psi. I am just trying to understand.

very good numbers, then..for just 7psi. Different boost gauges can read differently. It's not uncommon to see a psi difference between gauges, and maybe in the different gears, or under different loads, you are experiecing a little bit more boost.

same gauge different conditions ,7 PSI on the dyno and 9 PSI on the road .since we are using a dyno jet ,it is impossible to get a true load ,like when you are driving on the street .and don't forget turbo charger's boost is directly linked to exhaust flow so the more exhaust you are creating by having more load the more boost you are going to have available .

Not saying its easy oh great one-just doable. yeah it was low 12's. and last time i checked my g35 checks in at 3600lbs, add 100 lbs. in audio and 200lb. driver on the track for the first time in a rear wheel drive car and thats what you get. now once i get more time behind the wheel and click off 11's, i'll put it in my sig like you slick.

I have the same result... 7psi 354 WHP ~11.5AFR on DJ. On road, I see 10.5psi and who knows what WHP????????????? Same Zeitronix boost gauge... I need to dyno it on some other dyno machines... Just curious though.. other APS ST owners report 380~440WHP on DJ.... Are there load based Dynojets as well?
The one I dynoed is not load based for sure.

At 9psi without cams i made around 385whp with a safe tune. so for 7psi your numbers seems about right. heres a link to some general info on my car.

So on a stock motor you made 385whp at 9psi? That's sweet.

Why are you hating Doug? These numbers arent super, but are numbers that are about average for that kit. if you know someone making more than 400whp at 9psi with an aps single turbo kit, let me know. if your just aps hating for the hell of it, just stay off the thread. no reason to pollute this thread with your negative comments.
