Default N/A Question

What’s up Gentleman?
Lets presume that I have all N/A modz possible, include Jwt cams, flywheel, and pullys

I was just wondering if I purchase high compression pistons and lighter push rods will the potential gains if any will be worth the labor cost. My goal is to reach 300 hp and Tq or get as close a possible N/A. I think this is common in FI engine builds but I was wondering has this has ever been attempted on a N/A setup and if so what were the results and what tune was used

please chime in

Thanks:
Chris

You know you posted in the Forced Induction section..right?

300whp on an N/A VQ35 is hard to come by. Some have claimed to achieved it, but they are few and far between. A search would probably find you what you're looking for.

well, they're not called pushrods, they're called connecting rods. Pushrods are different things all together.

all ligher con-rods will do is allow faster revs when the entire bottom end is balanced properly. That won't make power. Higher compression pistons just means you're going to really run a risk of detonation....and unless you've got pretty aggressive cams and aftermarket valvetrain, you won't be able to rev high enough to really take advantage.
