Default I got my baby back...

Just picked up my car from GTM. Fuel system was fixed (APS sent a new sender unit that fixed the Cyphening problem)
Sam put the right actuator springs in and finished the tune.
No more stalling or weird revving and no Cel's either so far.
He needed to run to the airport for Sema so there are a few small more things like the cruise control but other than that it runs amazing.

I'll scan in the dyno sheet later but here it goes:

91 octane at 13 psi stays at 535

drum roll....

100 octane at 18 psi 608whp with 546 torque, that is with a 2.5 exhaust...

yeah

Sam went out of his way to get everything working right and I can not stress enough how impressed I am with GTM's dedication to their customers.

If I can now only get my wheel and tire situation figured out (seperate threads) than I'm ready to do some runs.

and then once Sam comes back from vacation we can do the roll bar....hopefully by then I will have been kicked off the track for going too fast

Awesome #s. Glad everything worked out for ya.

I am waiting on my car now. Final tune keeps getting pushed back. They were talking Sat, then Monday, now, who knows

Are you just using the boost controller for your different boost levels? I am assuming you are

I have 2 maps in the Fcon, I ordered a HKS Navigator to flip between them but it hasn't arrived yet. Right now I have the street (91) map in there.
I also have the HKS EVC Boost controller

The car is scary fast, I can honestly say I don't think I want anymore power.....for now, grin

I sold all my racing tires since I'm getting new ones ,of course the wheels I got don't fit and I accidently bought Truck DR's (don't ask...)

if I manage to get the wheels adjusted by centerline in time I'll run at IDRC on the 18th in fontana and of course Irwindale as soon as I got some wheels.
I even considered buying prostars again but they are on backorder till mid december, go figure

Tom,

Glad you got your baby back. Curious though. I understood the F-con Pro would not work with the cruise control..? Do you mean Sam has a way to configure it to work? I would love to get my cruise control back... Sooo many long trips with no cruise make my foot go numb

Sharif/any FCON tuner should be able to easily do this for you...

Tom,

Glad you got the fuel system up and running, so was it a faulty part? or did APS admit a problem with their first production of the system?
