Haha, hes just excited, you can hear the enthusiastic pitch in his voice =D. But true no one should be talking **** to anyone, no matter what age. And btw, "to the untrained eye..." is my favorite part.

+1...everyone is pretty number happy over here?...it's sitting abouts 400-400 on a dyno-jet... We left it conservative to give it every chance of lasting until I want to sleeve the block and make some real powerrr...

Trash talking?...um..ok...? Like i said, I'll let you guys be the judges of that... I'm just thrilled with my car, I've worked really hard on it...if you guys don't like it, well, to each his own, but to me it is perfect. All my silly little college friends like it too...even my die hard domestic friend melted when he heard the engine : )

I wish would've gotten cutouts and stock exhaust, instead of a huge 3" exhaust that was loud ALL the time...

N?A you might actually want a lil back pressure.. there bigger the piping the better is is for FI....either we are sayign the same thing or you are jsut sayign the oposite.... the stock exhaust is still heavier and more restrictive.
Even if you have a quiet exhaust like borla and you mods an "x" pipe to it, it will be more restrictive than the 3"

Yep, I think we're kinda on the same page : ) When air is flowing through the stock exhaust, the car is not meant to be going fast really...stock sucks. I think my map through the stock exhaust is like 330hp. What you open the dumps though, the exhaust is effectively coming straight out the down pipes, no restriction at all, which as you said is most beneficial for FI. That set up would not be so good for NA because you want some back preassure.. : )

I thought that sometimes too big or small of exhaust actually hinders performance? But on a stock APS TT kit, on stock psi without any engine rebuild, would you want the 2.5? Or the 3" with the 3.5" test pipes? (APS offers both and sorry for going off topic)

Congrats WTK! You seem very excited so have fun with it. I'm saving for turbos but I'm considering installing my own TT setup with a well experienced friend. If I decide to save the extra money for an intall I will definately consider the guy who did you're install. You seem to have a really nice/clean laid out setup.

PS - GET SOME VIDS OF IT GOING THROUGH THE GEARS!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously those 2 vids of yours were teasers!
