the key to getting it to work on the UTEC is the gauge has to have a linear response to input voltage.

On the UTEC, you can set you 0Volt input to be any A:F between 0-50....and the 5Volt setting to be between 0-50.

The key is knowing what the correlation of input voltage to gauge reading for the gauge you are buying.....and it has to be linear!!!

That is why you can't convert a narrow band gauge to show wibeband output via the TXS Tuner's analog output. The innovate LC-1 can do that, though....but that is a different subject.

WooHoo!!!!!!

I got a gauge to work with the Tuner Wideband Analog Output!!!! I'm too tired to post up stuff right now.....I'll do a write in the next day or so.

I had the AEM and it was fine. Doesnt the Innovate have a broader measurement range, like down into single digits? (<9.0:1) I dont think that the AEM goes down that low.

Innovate! Range: 7.35-22.4 (Accuracy: +/-0.1 FOREVER)
AEM Range: 11-18? (Accuracy: +/-0.1 for first 25 hours, then +/- 0.4 after that)

Is this even a contest?

Also... the Innovate! can be configured to have any kind of output curve that you wish. So, if you dont like the XD-16 for example (no idea why one would not), you can get your own gauge and completely configure the LC-1 to output any kind of voltage curve you want... in fact, you can configure it to alos compensate for voltage drop across the wire or any poor ground offsets... no competition

Innovate is definately a better unit in every way. It does cost a little but more, but 100% worth it. In stock if anyone needs one. Sorry for the shameless plug.
