Everything looks great man, your gonna have one hell of a setup there. Clean too!!! You even drive that car or what?! looks like new under there. V-Bands on the exhaust - thats the cats pajamas man. We build an all V-Band setup on my civic, loved it. My APS Dual 3" has these 4-bolts flanges, so of course 2 bolts/nuts at every flange are on the top, so they are a pain to work with... Someone needs to make a production V-Band dual 3" for our cars!

Looking at these pics of the bottom of your car depresses me - I remember when mine was so fresh and clean.

This is a bad-*** build. Pure and simple. Everything looks on the money, good to see a decent sized twin too

Phil

I didn't know...so you did in fact made 600whp on the PE's? I am getting ready to finish the car, and i want to confirm this. Do oyu have a dyno? Sharif tuned it?

Thanks for the all the support and kind words...

The exhaust was fabricated by Don from Straight Line, and Geoff from Full-Race (he was in town and he got put to work, lol...) It’s a straight back dual 3” exhaust, Magnaflow race mufflers, with all the goodies, V-bands, etc…

The initial PE TT setup was tuned by Wakita (Blast Racing) and we used Jeff Evans dyno... We did make over 600whp on VP103, but we experienced the head lift problem and basically went back to the drawing board and built this new setup...

I used Wakita because at the time Jeff and Sharif were not HKS Pro dealers - it's a happy day to have both of them up and running.

My plan is to have Sharif fly in for the first tuning session and work with Jeff... Jeff is one of the best tuners around here and having a local tuner is the ideal situation - Sharif knows the in and outs of the FCON system and is also a bad **** tuner so I’m very luckily to have him involved in the tuning - especially until Jeff's up to speed on the software...

I’ll have some more pics tomorrow – we should have just about everything finished this weekend (crossing fingers)…

no mods to the new PE cast manifolds... some new intercooler piping, one modified motor mount, weld the actuator post mounts to the Turbos, new oil & coolant lines, and a couple of other mods -

Yeah Dave you stud - is your vette done yet?

We got a ton of work done, but didn't finish the job yet, it'll be done and running for sure next week...

Here's some more pics - everything is done beside the stage II fuel system, mounting the Cradford plenum & HKS DLI II module, and plugging the wire harness into the computer...
