Default Transmission in AL

Has anybody from AL had their transmission replaced under warranty? I'm kinda scared because has a greddy tt kit on it? It's an 03 track with about 38,000 miles on it. How should I go about it?

When would Nissan replace a tranny on a turboed engine that obviously exceeds the tranny design strength?

You might bribe the dealer to cast a blind eye, unfortunately when the factory tries to get reimbursement from manufacturer..........?

If it is the synchros that are bad then it has nothing to do with a turbo kit at all. They can't deny you service under your warranty for something that is unrelated to your turbo kit.

Well, 3rd gear had started to grind. I woke up yesterday morning to move it out of the garage to wash it and it wouldn't go into reverse. So then I tried 1st, still nothing. It's like it is locked up. I'm getting it towed to the dealership monday morning.
