Default Stilen belt and pulley install? How?

So I am out in the garage and I am attempting to replace my supercharger 6-rib drive belt, the 4 rib blower belt and the stage 2 to stage 3 pulley and here are the problems I am running into...

I've loosened the tensioner on the 4 rib belt all the way down, but I still cannot get the belt loose enough to get off.... it doesnt appear there is a way to loosen it any further... how do I get that belt off and the new one on.... (this is the K040220 belt, 4rib 22 inch)

Second... Ive got the 6 rib belt off and can get the new one on just fine, but I can't get the stage 2 pulley to loosen without spinning... any special way to hold it down?

Any info is appreciated!! Thanks!!

should I just take it to a shop?

EDIT: Im an idiot apparently.... for the a-holes out there... you know I meant STILLEN and not stilen

Its simple there's a nut in the back of the pulley you have to hold with a wrench and use another wrench to turn it in the opposite directiom (righty tighty, lefty loosey)for the 4 rib its called rolling the belt, you heve to stretch the belt over the pulley and with the proper wrench turn the blower it should come off.this is how i do mine. good luck
