Default Installing Nismo 'stat w/ my stage 3 stillen s/c

Anyone foresee any problems with this mod? I recently picked up a brand new nismo thermostat and I think I am going to have it put on with my stage 3 pulley for my stillen s/c.

Any feedback on the nismo thermostat? My engine doesn't tend to run hot, but the roots blower makes underhood temps pretty hot so I figured it would be a worthwhile mod.

the nismo thermostat just opens at a lower temp than the oem one. beyond that, I don't know of any difference. I doubt it would have any impact on the peak temps you would potentially see. Is it worth the the 150 bucks vs the $17 an oem replacement costs? I don't think so

probably true, but I got one already and for a really good price (<100) so i guess it couldnt hurt to install it. Anyone know of anything to lookout for on install?
